Here is closed! I booked an dinner with my colleagues. I have even received the request by text to confirm the reservation. when we showed up, there was a sign that was closed. I approached a hotel employee who worked in the lobby bar to find out about it. She said it was closed for two years! I explained I made a reservation through an open table. she said this happens all the time and they don't know how to turn it off! extremely disappointed. hopefully, an open team member will see this!

It would have been nice to know that they were closed on Valentine's Day! we got up and everything was closed.

That was our 2nd Christmas time at the buffet. as the year before, it was not disappointed! there is a great selection of food and the service was excellent. we felt very welcome and the whole staff was very friendly. we will come back safely next year!

It should be noted that this is a hotel restaurant. That not bad but when we asked about our reservations we were to to have a seat at the bar? The dining room across that hall was not for use. It was a birthday celebration and if they had let us sit in the area across the hall it would’ve been nice. So there no respect for our reservation so we left.
