It's closed!!! I went on 3/3/22. They are officially closed. Nothing was there and there is a sign on the door. Sad to see

I went in and ordered a cake for my daughters birthday. When she asked what I wanted I said Happy Birthday Victoria and make it “as girly as possible”. After I paid I asked if needed a receipt for pick up. She said No. Today I went to pick up the cake. And when I opened it I expected to see sprinkles and colors and HB Victoria on it. There was none of that. Here’s the kicker, when i asked if she could write HBday on it she replied that wasn’t requested on the intake form and “I don’t have time”. She then asked “do you want the cake?” I said “well yeah its her birthday”. I’m shocked. The cake is fine, quite basic, and my 5 yo won’t care! But the customer service is terrible. I will never again use this place. If you do, take a picture of your intake form and don’t expect to be treated like a paying customer.

I ordered a Gourmet cake for my daughters sweet 16 and this what we got. Looked like my 3 year old did this. We had to think quick and found another local bakery. Before bringing this to our daughter and ruin her birthday. The owner have not returned our calls or text messages.

I took my son imagining that it would be a good experience .. although the cakes and cupcakes are good, the two women who attend have no education, they do not say hello, they do not smile, they do not offer their help, they attend you until they want to pass in front of you, ignoring the presence of people that is horrible Annamarie worst cashier ever
