Sonic Drive-in - Dallas

I went there a few days ago and pressed the red button. After waiting for 20 minutes and an empty parking lot, I decided to go next door and order food. I'm sorry, but your brand doesn't stick to its standards.

Best place to try new flavors! I recently started ordering lemonade with grape and now I want to add grape to everything! Lol

Did not go thru drive thru went inside to order. Was having trouble ordering on the Sonic App so I was unable to get drinks at happy hour price?

Every time I visit this location, I am pleased with how I'm greeted and with how soon I am served my order.There's a KFC nearby which I visited 2 days ago and where my wife wanted chicken pot pie and they didn't have chicken so I suggested we go to Sonic cuz that's what I wanted anyway.

They suck !!! Drove up here and cashier Emily took my order and got it ALL WRONG ! They literally have one damn job , and it 's to listen !! Save yourself the annoyance and go to another sonic cause this one isn 't it !!
