Sonny Bryan's Smokehouse - Dallas

I was in Dallas for the night and asked the hotel staff for a good BBQ recommendation. They suggested Sonny Bryan's, despite a few other places being closed. I don't judge a restaurant based on its appearance, as long as the food is good. And Sonny Bryan's did not disappoint. Despite some negative reviews, my dining experience was wonderful. I've tried brisket in many places, but Sonny Bryan's had the best brisket I've ever tasted. The sausage, baked beans, and onion rings were also delicious. The service was good, but the highlight for me was the brautwurst, which was amazing.

The restaurant offers excellent value for the price. I was pleasantly surprised by the turkey, it was moist and delicious. The ambiance of the restaurant was beautiful.

I bought the three meat combinations. double truth and brisket. they don't offer white meat huh, and I don't eat a dick. so my options were limited. the double. I asked for my good to be slender and it was all fat. the truthahn had no smoked taste. So I wasn't satisfied. the sauce was good, but everything else was bland.

Not to season. and brisket. kartoffelsalat was the pie. I bought the $60 3 meat deal. my friends gave me the hell because I brought her back. would not be here again. they told me I should have gone to another grill place in the opposite. they live in this opposite and I don't know.

My girlfriend and I were wide awake at 1 in the morning and this is one of the few 24 hour restaurants around us. I'm glad we went in. The meat from my combo platter was tender and smoked to perfection. Their brisket is especially delicious. And my girlfriend got the baked potato with chopped chicken and that potato was LARGE and STUFFED and perfect in our opinion. Needless to say, we were satisfied. This is definitely some of the best barbecue in town.
