Subway - Dallas

This is hands down the best subway I’ve been to! It’s always very clean and well-organized. The customer service is fantastic too!

The restaurant is dirty and poorly maintained, and the owner is very rude. Additionally, the prices are quite high for food that doesn't meet expectations.

I walked in wanting a warm bowl of soup. I asked the guy behind the counter if they serve soup, and he replied that it depends on which one I wanted.

GrubHub delivered my sub right on schedule. I ordered a 12-inch tuna sandwich with extra provolone cheese, lettuce, green peppers, red onions, jalapeños, and mayo on Italian herbs and cheese bread. I also picked up what I hope will last me two days in dessert: chocolate chip cookies and raspberry cream. This sub is consistent with what I usually choose. The tuna is always fresh, as is the bread, and the ingredients are flavorful. I highly recommend adding extra provolone; it adds a creamy texture that complements the chewiness perfectly.

My husband and I visited from San Antonio, and we were really impressed by this restaurant. The place was exceptionally organized and clean. The staff were incredibly kind, and I think we even spoke with the owner, who mentioned they have been in business for 30 years. You could tell they take great pride in what they do! The staff truly made our day.
