We had a fantastic meal at Blue Fish last night. It wasn't very busy which is typically a bad sign at a sushi place...but we were all impressed!! All of the rolls were unique and tasty and the sashimi was top notch. I'll definitely be back!
For a Saturday night at 7:30 pm and being connected to the Galleria, the place only had a few guests which was good and bad. We usually go to the BF in Las Colinas but due to a concert taking place we picked this one as not all BF locations accepted reservations via the app and we needed an Ahi Tower fix. The Tower was prepared differently and not as good as past visits. Also had the Chilean Sea Bass appetizer and a variety of rolls for dinner. Bartender was friendly, Wait was attentive, ambiance enjoyable but could have used more people to create a more lively atmosphere. Because it was quiet, it made it easy for conversation. Would we dine again yes
Food is good. We got two Teriyaki Steak entrees, a firecracker sushi roll, and a salad with chicken. The salad is way overpriced for what it is though. They used to have a giant chicken salad with all sorts of crispy noodles, candied pecans orange slices for the same price, but now it’s just an everyday side salad w/ chicken for $15. The pic shows what the salad used to look like. I didn’t bother taking a pic of the one we got last night because it was uneventful and overpriced.
Beautiful ambience, lots of variety and fresh sushi, which is the most important. Service was also very good.
