The Mercury - Dallas

The salmon carpaccio is delicious and so is the northwest roll.

We were seated immediately by very friendly staff. Our waiter, Tanner, was prompt, courteous, appeared in a timely manner, I.e., excellent service. The food was outstanding. I had the absolute best beef filet I have ever had. It was cooked exactly as I ordered,; the flavor was heavenly; and pit was so tender that it practically melted in my mouth.

What a wonderful birthday experience! michael was phenomenal, relational and attentive. we can't wait for the next visit!
