Wendy's - Dallas

Eat here if you want food poisoning. I picked up a Doordash order and everyone in the kitchen had no gloves on. I took videos and pictures. Even the main cook had no gloves on. The cashier was the same person going in the back helping prepare orders without gloves. Same person touching cards money and all the nasty surfaces. She literally touched the part where fries go and she tried to convince me that since Wendy’s doesn’t require it she isn’t wrong. Yuck. I told them I was afraid for whoever ordered the food and walked away. One cook was on his phone leaning against the food prep counter. It was so disgusting.

Rude customer services today from a young lady that was working at 11:45-12:00 I didn’t see a name tag on her 1st she got my order wrong and she wanted re charge me my Oder. I get to my job started eating the food I didn’t ask for and paid for I get RAW French fries now I remember why I don’t like this location but I thought it would be different this time I wouldn’t not recommend this place .

I ordered simple 4 for 4 !! Y’all kept saying the stack when I said no I don’t want the stack I want the (JR BACON 2x repeated to you !!! Still was wrong ! FRIES OLD .. WHY HAVE A PHONE YALL IF YALL NOT GOING TO ANWSER IT… I DONT EAT MUSTARD I DONT EAT ONIONS I DONT DO PICKLES !! YOU SEE WHY ITS IMPORTANT TO PUT THE FOOD IN THE RIGHT BAGS !

This has to be the worst Wendy’s in the DFW please avoid this place at all cost I went and spent 20 dollars and they hand me trash if they would of answered the phone I wouldn’t have to post this but I will be heard and I will be in contact with your DM or regional manager because clearly no one on the store level can handle my concerns please be honest about the rating they should have one star overall

Very nice staff.The majority of employees are Hispanic and I feel so comfortable. I moved from another part of the country where Hispanics are a majority and coming here was a blessing. I love Oak Cliff because of that. So this place is always a first whenever I want to grab a burger. You can get delivery via Uber eats.
