Wendy's - Dallas

I went through the drive thru and had no cash or my debit card. So I took my emergency credit card. Today someone used this credit card to buy Marshals. I'd like to see your face when it was rejected.

I was in a role there two nights and they're close to 10:00. The workers do not order. all the lights are up. Very disappointed

Dine-In is closed at 6:30, so drivethru is only option. Win cashier money for food and 2 minutes later total order was served in bags over Drivethru. Potato skin was very dry including edges sitting under warmer too long, pommes were definitely not fresh because no oil on supposed fresh pommes, Snappy Crunch not soft as fresh pommes, Pommes tastefully old, burger patents luke warm and ketchup and Senf runny out sitting under warm, spicy chicken sandwich cooked but also warm. All children working there are no indications of quality or customer satisfaction.

Someone needs to talk to management. The staff does not seem happy at all and I also witness someone don't know if it was management or not but belittling the 2 girls working the window. I had to tell the girls its ok and that your doing a great job. Corporate needs to fix this now. I'm in the industry as a AGM and that is not acceptable.

DO NOT GO HERE employees consistently screw up the order and are rude when asked for the correct order. The drinks taste like dirty rainwater and decade old syrup, I was overcharged and still got the wrong items after a correction. Absolute trash
