I feel like this reflects a trend in the food industry where customer service is becoming less of a priority. However, the food itself was quite good, rating 4 out of 5.
Bj wakes up early every morning and stays late every night, and honestly, it feels like Wendy's Corporation doesn't care! Save your time and money—this place has no regard for you or the food they serve. If you consider ordering online, beware: if they don't have a particular item, they'll just tell you to reorder, and good luck getting your money back from the app. Even if there are more than ten people behind you in line and you've already waited 15 minutes for your online order, don't expect any assistance. I should have suspected something was off when I saw the manager missing half of his teeth!
I really enjoy the $5.00 Biggie Bag. It’s a great option for fast food that offers good quality at a reasonable price, plus the veggies are fresh. I’ve noticed that they’ve been making efforts to improve their offerings.
