Westend Burger - Dallas

A very nice establishment with a very welcoming staff, not a large establishment seating is small inside but they make up for that with a place to dine outside. The wings were seasoned well and the burger was delicious.

We were downtown about to go to the airport and found a close burger shop. Walked up and the area looked nice. Walked in and we saw one person working the grill. The menu looked absolutely amazing. She instantly came around to the front and told us all about the menu and any substitutions we could make. We had 4 adults and 2 children. We were shocked that not only was she taking orders, making the meals and also the milkshake we ordered. She is a one woman show! The food was amazing and she had it out fast! Shout out the GM Reka! We will come back when we come back to Dallas!!

Reka was amazing, doing register, and cooking.The chicken tenders were the best I have ever had. I am visiting from California, was truly impressed by service and quality of food. Give Rika a raise friendly and accommodating during a busy time. If ever return will come back, thanks again for a wonderful meal.

NAME CHANGED TO WESTEND BURGER BAR !!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE . Horrible Salmon Burger. I took one bite and decided to ask for a replacement burger cooked longer or the Beyond Burger. I asked for a replacement and the cook came out to passively aggressively argued with me about the sandwich. The burger was slimy and nasty. She the cook) even went as far as to explain she could lose her job for giving me a different burger. I will never eat here again or recommend that anyone does. This is horrible customer service at best. This is why the West End struggles with business because the service is **** poor. After I agreed to accept her answer and count this as a loss, she then stated I could have my food boxed.... Then went in to be an ass by stating I 'll just wash my hands and box your food up ! Then NO! NO!! NO!

Really, really good burger! Interesting and varied menu. Love the “slider” option. Fries were standard but were tasty and crisp, as they should be. Prices very reasonable. Back and outside of the shop could use a little tidying to feel a bit more sophisticated, but if you stay in the front of the shop you’re good to go. Overall super yummy; would definitely eat again!
