Whataburger - Dallas

This is a fantastic restaurant with delicious food. The burgers are always fresh and well-seasoned, while the fries are consistently crispy and perfectly seasoned to suit your taste. The customer service is excellent, especially from Curtis, who made sure my fries were fresh, crispy, and well-seasoned. I'll definitely be back!

The gentleman taking orders at the drive-thru was quite unpleasant. Although his voice was clear, he would yell while messing up the orders. To make matters worse, he didn’t provide any utensils or straws. We ended up waiting at the window for quite a while. Frustratingly, the shift leader then had to update his cash count. This was at 6 PM on November 25th, 2022.

Every time I visit this place, the drive-thru is incredibly slow, even when there are only two cars ahead of me. The staff takes their time, and the customer service leaves much to be desired. The most frustrating part is that it can take around 20 minutes just to place my order.

This is the best Whataburger I've ever been to! It's the only one I visit. I had a fantastic experience dining in with my family. A man named Darius was incredibly helpful in taking my order and bringing it to me. He continually checked to see if everything was great. I'll definitely be back—thank you, Darius!

The burgers were larger than I expected, and the menu was quite decent. The young staff were friendly and had a good sense of humor, which was needed since there weren't many customers in the restaurant. They remained respectful, assuming that management was just having a bad day. Overall, I'd say leave the kids alone. Food: 4/5.
