The food here is generally good and fresh, but the service is extremely poor! They only offer drive-thru service. Most of the time, you’ll encounter either a young girl with glasses or a guy at the window, but the girl tends to be quite rude. I recommend paying with cash only! They charged my card for two separate transactions, and when I inquired about getting my money back for the items I didn’t receive, they gave me the runaround three different times. This resulted in wasted gas, time, and charges on my card for something I never got! Please be cautious and aware. Don’t expect good customer service at this location, but your food will be hot.

The wait time is really frustrating. I've been sitting here for about 10 minutes, and now they’re telling me it will be another 10 minutes because there’s no chicken available. It would be helpful if the speakers at any of the locations were functioning properly!
