Zio Cecio - Dallas

This restaurant is absolutely amazing. I have been coming here for the past two years and it is still one of my favorite places for special occasions in Dallas, especially if you enjoy Italian food. My date and I had a reservation and even though they were running a bit behind, they made up for it by offering us glasses of Prosecco at the bar while we waited. The service was excellent throughout the night, with the staff being very accommodating and friendly. They provided recommendations from the menu and suggested dishes for us to try. We started off with Calamari, Lasagna, and Goccia. All of the dishes were fantastic. The Calamari was light and had a great texture, served with shrimp and red snapper. The lasagna was delicious and one of the best I've ever had. The chef changes it up depending on the season, but it never disappoints. Lastly, the Goccia had a rich chocolate flavor that was the perfect ending to our meal. The restaurant also has a great wine selection to pair with their dessert options, which my girlfriend and I really enjoyed. I can't wait for my next visit.

Excellent evening as always. Francesco was in good spirits as usual and treated us like royalty! The food was as wonderful as ever, its our favorite place to go for Italian food!

Dinner at Zio Cecio was fabulous last night. Our service was top notch. We had a variety of things, calamari, caprese salad, soft shell crab, a huge perfectly cooked pork chop, a scrumptious rib eye, salads, vegetables, pizza, chocolates cake gelato. Oh, I forgot the spaghetti! This place has the best food. Fresh, beautifully prepared, and delicious.

Great place. Francisco is an outstanding host. Best fish dishes than any other local Italian Restaurant. Try the salt baked fish.
