Big Deal Burger - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

I visited a couple of weeks ago over the weekend and didn't realize it was located inside the Dickey's restaurant. I suggest disregarding the recent negative reviews. This is exactly why I prefer not to use food delivery app services; they can be unreliable. It’s much better to go in person to ensure you receive the service you desire. The burgers were amazing, and the service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly and made sure we were well taken care of.

I ordered a couple of the NunChuck Norris combos for lunch for my mother and myself, but they forgot both of our fries, along with my request for extra brisket, extra sausage, and jalapeño cheese. The only thing they got right was our drinks. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

I ordered dinner tonight and the fries were fantastic! The burgers were enormous. I will definitely order again.

I then placed a new order and called Big Deal Burger to explain the situation to a lady on the phone (I can't remember her name). She asked if I had paid for both orders, to which I replied no because my initial order was canceled by Uber Eats. She mentioned that my first order was still in the system, and I inquired if they could provide a fresh order. After some hesitation and conversation with someone else in the background, she confirmed they could. When my second order was delivered by Stefani, I noticed she also didn’t have my drinks. I called Big Deal Burger again and spoke to Keisha about the missing drinks, and she advised me to inform Uber Eats about the issue. Unfortunately, my food was not fresh; my burger was ice-cold and soggy, while the fries were burned and cold. Although the staff members were nice, we were very dissatisfied with our overall experience. Thank you, but we won't be returning.

I tried the Nunchuck Norris burger, and it was absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend it.
