Place was clean one of the soda dispensers was not functioning and the frozen coke was out but not sure if it was the machine or not. Would go again if not another choice but food would hopefully be hot next time. Wheelchair accessibility: Gas a decent ramp for wheelchair access but didn't check the door for automatic opening.
Ordered 3 whoppers 5$ your way meals with cheese and still failed to put cheese and waited quite a while. I don’t know how clear I have to be. PS: usually don’t write reviews but this one got to me:
This is the best burger King they have every time we come here the food is made to order in the am or the pm I live across town and I dint mind driving to this place to get my food and they are very friendly here clean and everything if you don't take my word come here and order yourself
Came here to get my fave whopper w/cheese. I don’t think the guy who took my order heard that I wanted cheese so I asked if I could have cheese (which I’m well aware costs money). They told me to pull up and they would make me another sandwich. There were people behind me so I did just that. JOSE comes to my car, no BK outfit on at all, which made his approach scary, and demands my food back so he can replace it. I told him I took a couple bites cause I was hungry, but of course I comply. In a condescending manner he takes my food, then tosses it inside, and comes back out with a Whopper JR, which is much much smaller than what was left of my burger. At this point I don’t want any problems, so I go back inside to simply purchase another burger. I just want what I ordered. No big deal. Jose asks me if anything was wrong to which I tell him “yea I understand your intent, but If you were going to replace my burger with a smaller burger , I wish you would have said that beforehand, you all could have just gave me a slice of cheese and I would have been fine”. Jose starts going on about how people always try to get over them, which i point out, I’m not those people. I tell him I didn’t appreciate it and that was all. I go to the register to PURCHASE another sandwich, and the lady at the register kindly asks me what was wrong with my order. I begin respectfully telling her what the issue probably was and how it’s not a big deal, but here comes JOSE telling her not to listen to anything I’m saying! I’m so confused…. I now divert my full attention to Jose and I’m asking him what his problem is. At this point he starts recording me??? Laughing at me, making jokes, being incredibly rude and hostile, and even going so far to tell me that I can call 911… for a slice of cheese???? I’m so confused. I proceed to not have any of that. I asked him multiple times to stop talking to me and leave me alone so I could place my order and he didn’t. Afterwards the lady at the register tells me that JOSE’s mother owns the establishment and now refuses to serve me entirely. Well, to Jose’s mother, you have a fine establishment and your workers are honest workers. That said, your son needs to treat people with more respect and his attitude is bad for business. It’s sad that I came to this location specifically for yalls quality (which I was more than happy to pay for) and received this treatment. Extremely arrogant, rude, and off putting. It’s sad that your business, and employees have to put up with someone who has no regard for anyone but themself. I understand your decision to no longer serve me, but please know that it was an unfair decision. As a respectful person and a previous food-worker I would never come and intentionally take advantage of an establishment. Sucks that I didn’t receive that treatment. Your son needs another job tho, because biting off of his mothers business and being bitter about it is just poor character.
Burger King at 4820 W Illinois Ave, Dallas, TX 75211 It's been a long time since I've ate at Burger King and the interesting thing is I've always enjoyed the impossible Whopper over the meat Burger. I thought I would sit down and give a try and see how these burgers have changed over the years. The price is definitely went up but the burger was definitely feeling. Just without the decorations or the music it just seems soulless in Burger King now. They had the added bonus that they did have the king's hats ?? Parking: It has its own independent lot for customers only
