The pineapple express flavor was the best flavor out of our orders: (mint chocolate chip strawberry were the others we had) it was smoothe and shaped like a rose ? I only rated down due to the wait time was probably 15 minutes due to an afternoon rush we seemed to have joined .
The ice cream itself is delicious. The customer service and the wait time to get your ice cream is ridiculous. We waited a terrible 30 minutes for ONE ice cream. (I want to add that we got in and ordered right before a rush and others recieced their ice cream before us, even with ordering after us. It seems to be a lot of young staff with not enough management happening unfortunately. I am not certain we will ever return. Fun concept though.
Best three ice cream shop in Dallas. Liquid nitrogen ice cream. Flavors are the best part together with the warm puffle cone. Delicious delicious. Small space, though. Always crowded, so go with patience. I love these ice creams.
Ice cream was good, but I’d probably prefer ice cream elsewhere. This is definitely on the pricier side, but it’s nice to experience it once if you haven’t. I got the earl grey lavender (bottom left) and my friends got the banana pudding ice cream with the puffle (middle) and the sun, moon and stars (bottom right- it’s jasmine tea, matcha, and oolong tea mixed together). Definitely encourage you to try the unconventional flavors! The puffle was underwhelming and not that good in my opinion. Overall I enjoyed the experience of going, seeing the ice cream being made, and sitting in the shop more than the ice cream itself
Delish creamy ice-cream. A bit of a wait for your dish, but to be expected on a hot Texas day and only 1 employee. Definitely a must try!
