Dairy Queen - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

Tacos were delicious.The 2 employees were more concerned about talking loud and cussing. Not being a prude but I sat at the furthest table from the kitchen and it felt as if they were right beside me.These 2 are not very conversational at all. Small talk wasn't even acknowledged, was looked at like I was stupid.I hope the management isn't that desperate to just hire anyone off the street.Hopefully my next time will be more eventful.

It is 91 degrees outside but feels hotter inside this DQ. Not sure if AC isn't working but it is HOT inside. While eating my food there was a roach crawling across the floor in the dining area. Went to the ladies restroom to find a broken toilet seat that cut my leg and once again another roach in the restroom as well.The cashier was amazing and respectful but the establishment needs some work before I will consider coming back.

This place is nasty. The air conditioning doesn't work, roaches are in the bathroom and saw one in the lobby running outside. The gentleman who took our order was doing his best to keep up the pace, he definitely needs some help bless him. Unfortunately I will not be eating here again, first and last. Nasty.

Miss Isli did wonderful taking my order her customer service was on point . Even tho was a big order she didn’t lose her patience .. The hole staff was great . I was very satisfied definitely will be back . I will bring my family recommend my friends to this establishment .
