Doc Popcorn At Dallas Farmers Market

I’m sorry, but why does your hours say open at 11am but your employees tell us they don’t start until 12? Also, the last time I was here one of the employees was eating her food, which I don’t mind—obviously people need to eat, but the problem is that she began licking her fingers to get her food off before getting my popcorn. Yikes! I didn’t say anything because she at least had the decency to put gloves on (thankfully) but the fact that she went straight from licking her fingers to basically serving food is unsanitary. I’m pretty sure there is a sink that she could have washed her hands off in. There’s really no excuse for this in a place that serves food. Between this incident and the whole hours thing, I’m likely to just go to the Northpark location from here on out.

I’m usually not a big fan of popcorn but this has been on my bucket list every time I visit the Dallas Farmers Market. I finally stopped by and sampled the flavors. They have a decent variety starting with your basic butter popcorn to specialty ones such as cookies and cream and poppin’ pizza. I got the tin bucket because I wanted the refill, but it was $17 for just a bucket of popcorn, which is quite expensive. The workers were super nice and let me sample the flavors that I’m interested in. You can get unlimited flavors with your purchase so I thought that was pretty neat, but there are no dividers so keep that in mind. I only stuck with my basic of better butter and hoppin’ jalapeño. I didn’t want the sweet flavors to mix so maybe next time. Overall, I do think that these are the best popcorn I’ve ever had because the pieces are equally seasoned. Every bite is perfect and tastes exactly like the flavor I chose. I wish they have multiple locations in north Dallas so I can easily get my refills. The bucket might seem pricey, but I think after a a couple of refills, then it’s worth it, especially when the bag already costs $6-8 and it doesn’t come with refills.

Love this popcorn! My favorite pregnancy craving lol I've tried other popcorn places but this 1 is the best. Great flavor!

They have a wide variety of flavors and the food is really good and the checkout is good would recommend for popcorn lovers.
