I usually like JITB because it’s conveniently open 24hours but this last order was terrible! First off I didn’t get the meal size I ordered (ordered a LG but received MD , not only that, my drink was DISGUSTING! Ordered a Dr. Pepper and it tasted like a mix between orange soda and root beer (yuck! .

Ordered a bacon ultimate and they handed me a double cheeseburger with no bacon, told them about it and got handed two cold pieces of dry bacon.Friend got tacos and they were stale and didn’t taste fresh and had hardly any meat. First time I came here it was great but recently it’s been bad.Response from owner saying to see me again soon? Did they even read my review, I said that they got my food wrong and that it was bad.

First they gave me the wrong sandwiches ask for jelly gave me too but I have four very rude poor customer service when recommend anyone to eat there

Apparently still struggling with short staffing because this location will randomly close their dine-in and go drive-thru only in the middle of a normal weekday, but drive-thru service is efficient and courteous. I find this location to be much easier to get in and out of than the one a little farther east on NW Highway.

My family and I stay right by it and sometimes we like to walk to go places to eat. We came here and their dine in is always closed. They have a time that says 6am-3pm but the inside is never open and I don’t feel like that is fair for the people who don’t have a car. I want to talk to corporate because I’m sure they don’t know how the store is always every single day closed for the inside.
