Contribuisci feedbackThe 12 piece family bucket meal comes with 6 biscuits. They gave me 4 biscuits instead of 6 biscuits with the 12 piece bucket family meal. The food is not bad on the quality n taste but the number of biscuits are the problem.
Refused restroom service after my coworker was granted access right before e sat down to eat.
Staff is extremely rude. No manager on site. I was refused managers name and contact info and was told by so called name Samantha if that’s her real name to go to Williams Chicken. This is unacceptable to treat customers this way. I will be filing a complaint to corporate
This experience here in KFC was always great customer service. They actually do what a customer requests. Comparing this place here on leadbetter to compare the place on Lillinois Ave., does not satisfy the customer. They're very rude and disrespectful. They young management is awful, Untrained and unprofessional in regards to satisfying a customer. But again for Is Leadbetter avenue, Keep up the great work. You guys are awesome.
So freaking SLOW! You will always be asked to pull over to wait! Food is ALWAYS BURNT! Chicken bites will always be so burnt that there’s no chicken to eat! Same goes for the fries. You can’t ever get the actual drink you order. Even as a “paying, dine in customer”, you still can not use the restroom. Even while waiting “40 minutes” for more chicken!? Name on receipt “SARIBEL” but giving the name “KIARA” was so unbelievably just HORRIBLE!!!
