Consumer beware!I recently visited this location and purchased a cup of coffee and a muffin. I paid with my debit card. Now I have somehow been out on their mailing list. To be clear, I did not fill out any information, survey or anything of the sort. All I did was purchase these items.This leads me to believe that they are pulling information from your debit and it credit cards.I can assure you I will never visit another location and warn people if this practice.

I ordered a caramel iced latte with oat milk. The flavor was well balanced and smooth. Definitely better than Dunkin and Starbucks.

I was disappointed during my recent visit to this coffee shop. I ordered $20 worth of drinks, but was only given plastic to-go cups even though I asked for coffee mugs. Apparently, the shop has a rule to only serve drinks in plastic cups 2 hours before closing.As a regular customer, I enjoy the coffee experience here and was let down that I couldn't fully enjoy it because of the plastic cups. Coffee just doesn't taste the same in plastic. I wish the shop would reconsider this policy and offer coffee mugs until closing time.Despite this issue, I have always found the coffee to be great and the service to be decent, although the staff can be a bit reserved. I hope the shop can address this matter and make the coffee experience even better for its customers.

The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant. However, the coffee had a sour taste, even after it was remade. I've visited other coffee shops with the same name and have never been disappointed before. Interestingly, a worker at a clothing store down the street shared a similar experience. I truly hope things improve for future customers, as our trust has been shaken.
