OMGGG!!! This place is AMAZING!!!! ?????????????? I LOVE their cookies. They are so soft and sweet and are always fresh! Please go and try them out if you have not done so !! ????????????????

The guy behind the counter was so rude, he was turned around on his phone ignoring another customer when I got to the counter. I had to call to get his attention multiple times and then he tried to argue with me and was incredibly rude to me.

My order got lost in the system just before Christmas, and I discovered this when I called on the morning of the holiday. Fortunately, the owner located my order and ensured that everything was taken care of. He was incredibly helpful and friendly!

The cookies are absolutely delightful, and the staff is consistently very friendly.

My family absolutely loves the milk chocolate chip cookies. I make the trip to Raleigh, NC, just to get them at Crabtree Valley Mall, and it's definitely worth the drive!
