The food was very pricey and we did not get that much food.They left out the rice.I was just so ready to be out of that place!!!!AlsoMy card was charge twice. One for the night I went out to eat and on another day when I did not and would not go back to the restaurant
An upscale Korean steakhouse. We went to try it one night and it was ok. IMO it’s not much given the price, service, and quality of the food. It was nice to try once but would not go back.We ordered the nuri grill that comes with 4 different cuts of meat, a choice of beef or seafood soup, white rice, house salad, pickled cilantro, kimchi, ssam, and a dessert. In addition to nuri grill, we ordered the crispy pork belly and steak noodles.Service was ok. We went for an early dinner a little after 5pm, the restaurant was not busy yet. Only a couple tables were filled. It took awhile to get seated and waited on. By the time the food came out, the business was starting to pick up with the dinner crowd. Our server was rushing to cook the meat and taking away plates as soon as the last bit of food was eaten.Food tasted alright. The dishes were Asian fusion, not traditional Korean food.
We tried the Nuri Christmas special for $59. The meat quality is outstanding! You could do the $39 special which is without the dessert and shrimp. But the quality of the meat is truly the highlight at that restaurant. We tried the scallop cervuche
Incredible experience! We're just so sad that we only found Nuri Grill a few weeks before closing. Argh! Can't wait for the new location to open in 2023. Hopefully, we'll see Simon again there. And big thank you to the awesome hostess to help squeeze our daughter's boyfriend in at the last minute. ?
I came with a group of 4 months ago when they first opened but haven 't left a review yet. Food was great. Premium quality meat, good sides, and the oysters were delicious. I knocked off stars because I wasn 't a fan of our service. Our waitress was promoting her personal restaurant to us... which is fine if you don 't give me a side-eye when I ask you for garlic for the third time? Had to ask her for extra things multiple times because she either forgot or ignored it. Instead of saying oh I forgot, I 'll get that as soon as I can she really gave me a side eye! It 's a $200 meal, I don 't think I I should have to ask for things multiple times. We tipped her cash and she lost the cash, came outside to grab us to ask about it, made a small commotion then found it. Coming from a waitress, I did not like her service. I would definitely come again but ask for another server.
