Pho Midway - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

Had a delivery order. Made a custom pho and got the chicken fried rice.Seriously, good food. The fried rice was a fantastic balance of spices, fat content, and moisture. Chicken was well seasoned and not dry. It's going to be a go-to for fried rice.Ordered a spice level 2 pho with Flank steak. It's a reasonable spice level and includes an incredible broth that is unique and seasoned quite well. The bean sprouts, lime and basil included were fresh and very welcomed with this pho.

I’ve been here several times over a year and each time the food taste the same if not better than the last time. That’s says a lot about a restaurant. The Catfish dish is the best catfish I’ve ever had. I must warn you it takes 20 minutes to cook but worth every minute of the wait. The customer service is phenomenal. They make sure your comfortable and that the food is to your liking. Pleas stop by and try everything on the menu you won’t be disappointed.

Food is ok. Looks delicious but it’s not the best pho I’ve had. I only ate 50% of my bowl. This place falls short on their service. Not very friendly when I walked in. They told me to just sit anywhere. Mind you, it’s a Sunday, dinner time. I can tell they’re busy with guest. My food was brought to me, soon after. This place closes at 9pm. Therefore, I ask if can get an order of spring rolls to go and he said “they’re kinda busy”. As a customer, highly disappointed! I hope their service gets better for other customers.

Clean restaurant, friendly staff, GREAT FOOD! Honestly some the best original eggrolls I've had here in the past 2 years.. reminds me of my mom's! Especially straight out the oil! Fresh and hot! I got the phó dac biet spice 4 and DAMN! Great spice!! 5/5 ! Chefs kiss ?
