Popeyes - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

I visited this Popeyes location on Tuesday, May 7th at 4:03 pm. I have been to this restaurant before and generally received good service. However, on this particular visit, when I ordered my wings, my ticket number was 4507. When I finally received my food, I noticed that the wings had been refried, there was excess shortening on them, and the bones appeared dark. Having worked at Church's Chicken for 10 years, I am familiar with how old food looks. It was disappointing to receive old chicken instead of fresh food. The proper protocol is to discard old chicken and not serve it to customers. I am disappointed by this experience and attempted to submit feedback through the mobile app, but it was not working.

The food at this restaurant was served promptly and at the right temperature, and the staff were friendly and polite.
