What is with this place? I’m just here to echo the sentiment of previous reviews based on having THREE similar experiences at this location. I place online to-go orders for work often and it has NEVER been ready at the specified time. I’ve waited 30+ minutes in store after the pick up time. There’s zero acknowledgement when you walk in, zero apology when leaving, just zero customer service overall. I’m writing this as today I’ve waited in store 10 minutes for an order I placed 25 minutes ago… consisting of 3 measly tacos. You’ve officially lost me and my work place’s business.

This place has a really good location for lunch. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Parking is a little difficult as it's on a busy street and you can't see to leave. Like many they serve coke products as well as ice tea. This was my first time here. The staff was friendly and well presented. They were in a lunch rush so they were busy. I ordered two steak tacos chips and queso as well as a medium drink. It came out within minutes of ordering! Receiving my food I was not very impressed as what I ordered came up to $17.80. I really expected a lot more for the price. The chips and queso tasted really good however not worth the 8.99 sticker price based off of the photo included. Apparently a medium drink is three dollars with free refills on the steak tacos sucked. The meat was very chewy and it tasted like it had been sitting for a little bit. There is a good chance coming in the lunch rush I just didn't get fresh food. For the same price or less I feel I could go to chipotle and get a better value.

Brought a group of friends in here from work because of my love for nachos. I believe everyone ended up ordering the nachos and Rusty Taco did not disappoint! I ordered the brisket nachos and wow!! First off, they give you a giant helping of nachos topped with queso, BBQ sauce, and lots of brisket. Yum! Rusty also has some great tacos and good selection.

I love their food. The chips just melt in your mouth. Danny there went the extra mile to make sure I really enjoyed my lunch. I appreciate his full of life attitude and customer service. It made my day. Thank you for a great lunch.

Very good food. Lots of different tacos to choose from. The green sauce is amazing.
