They rarely pick up the phone and they never give you the extras you ask for, very disappointed!
So I paid almost $8 for a 6-in sub. When I remember paying only $5 for a foot long. Here's what makes me really sick, lovely employees and Subway decides to raise the price on its customers who keep them alive and I found out today that the employees only get $10 an hour. I'm disturbed and disgusted by Subway and how they run their business. Their employees need to be paid more especially when I go out of my way to pay almost $8 for a 6 in which I was not happy about. That's price gouging especially when I noticed that they're not even giving away as much meat as they used to. They were very skimpy and very cheap but the employees were delightful and deserve more. I would not support Subway until they decide to pay their employees more than $10 an hour or they should just lower the price of their subs because if they can't afford to stay in business then they don't need to be in business.
I put in a online order for a teriyaki steak and cheese with spinach, tomato, and banana peppers and Turkey and ham sandwich with mayo, mustard, spinach, pickles ant red onion. So I get my food and to my surprise all of the fixings that belong on the Turkey and ham are on the teriyaki steak and cheese and vise versa. My first thought is how did mustard and mayo replace the teriyaki sauce. This is by far the nastiest combination of items. So we called up to have our food remade and they said you can come tomorrow. They refused to remake the order or provide a refund. It's 9:32 and was calling 5 mins proir to closing; surely they could have issued a refund. So I have spent this money just to have noodles for the night.
