Zalat Pizza - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

My second bad experience with Zalat in as many weeks. Last time took over an hour for a luke warm pizza to arrive from Addisson, this time a completely cold pizza arrived from this branch after I gave them a second chance. I could see the delivery guy was waiting at the restaurant for ages, so very poor logistics are to blame here. I will no longer be using this company for pizza, they’ve been given two chances at two stores and I’ve spent more than $60 on 2 cold pizzas. What a joke, I’m paying for convenience and this is extremely inconvenient.

Izzy is exceptional! Great customer service and goes out of his way to even write a warm customized note on the inside of the box. Will definitely recommend this location to friends for sure. ?????

I have had this pizza in Houston, and this is idk nothing like it. Ordered a pepperoni pizza with basil in all and jalapeños in half. Well they put cilantro on half, jalapeños weren’t even cooked, the pizza itself was undercooked and cold. Honestly could’ve had a better pizza from LC.

Waited 20min for my pizza only to be told it “ripped” without any sorry or compensation for it? So I’m just suppose to waste 20 more minutes of my time? Cool, thanks

This is probably the best pizza I have ever eaten—and after 60 years of pizza eating, that is really something special.
