Papa Johns Pizza - Dallastown

Pizza is always great!!!! Always ready when needed!!

Food took 2 hours to arrive. I called and asked about my order the manager pushed it through DoorDash since their driver wasn't back yet. The order was cancelled and the manager told me he would send out a new order. The driver from Papa John's finally arrived and told me my order was sitting for 90 minutes nor was it ever given to DoorDash. I ended up with my original food that was ordered sat for an hour and a half. When I went to the store to rectify the problem, the manager dismissed me and told me he wasn't dealing with this. VERY rude and super poor attitude. Thank you to the kind driver who informed me how long my order sat.

Not worth ordering. They discontinued the bread bowls.

Papa John's is currently having door dash drivers delivering, you might as well order carry out they will forget something or give you the wrong order. I had to pick up the rest of my order.

This Papa John's supercedes others I have been too. The papadilla (cool ranch) was perfect and pizza was on point. Delivery driver was super prompt and friendly. I have previously spoken to the manager at this franchise as well and was extremely impressed by his professionalism and hospitality. Highly recommend, will visit again (a lot). Thanks guys!
