Our drink from the bar took an hour to be delivered and the queso we ordered was never brought to us despite inquiring three times. Three out of our five entrees came out wrong or were missing items, and the food was lukewarm. We were ignored for 12 minutes before anyone acknowledged us, and had to stop a waiter to ask who would be waiting on us. We had to ask twice for drink refills and sat with empty glasses for over 15 minutes. This location is poorly managed.
After a long day of traveling, we decided to stop by this restaurant. Despite being busy, there were plenty of empty tables available. Unfortunately, we were greeted by two unfriendly hostesses who informed us of a 30 minute wait with an unpleasant attitude. Opting to sit at the bar instead, we received excellent service from the friendly bartender. However, the two hostesses continued to stand at the entrance with snooty expressions, making us feel unwelcome. Despite the good food and service, the negative attitude of the hostesses was a major drawback. They could definitely work on their customer service skills.
The food was tasty, but I prefer my slider burgers and egg rolls without excessive grease and the presence of employees' hair. It would be better if staff could wear hairnets or tie back their hair to prevent these kinds of incidents. I don't want to accidentally find someone's highlighted hair in my ranch cup.
Their fresh guacamole was brown. The margarita grilled chicken entree came out cold. Literally everything I ate was room temperature. Disgusting. Will be contacting Health Department.
Been a long time chilis customer since the day i came out the womb. Was on a road trip with family and we were driving for over 12 hours and decided to stop and eat there because we were like, cant go wrong with chilis. Well... you can. Wait time was 30 minuteswith no customers in lobby, then once we got seated we had to wait over 90 minutes (hour and a half) for our food. Which was literally 3 different forms of chicken tenders and a chicken bacon ranch quesadilla. The male manager tried to blame the wait staff, it was not their fault. Very unepic. I expected this service from bob evans not chilis.
