Iron Hart - Dalton

So the past few times the food came out in a reasonable amount of time and tonight it came out in under 20 min. I told the waitress how much the wait time had improved and she said they have been working on it. Now it's excellent food with a short wait. Upgraded to 5 stars. Way to go Iron Hart!

Dude. Don't let the limited menu steer you away!! This place is AWESOME. You can grab a menu, seat yourself, and order when you're ready. The gal at the register was super helpful and friendly. The fireplace was warm and cozy, the music was light, everything was perfect. But the food... EXCEPTIONAL. We took the rest of our meals home because the flavors were on point and the portions were large. 10/10! Bravo!

Here on our first visit we have our dog with us. We asked a server for some water for our dog the owner came out himself to bring water and a bowl. He chatted with us a for a minute and was super friendly. The beer is amazing too! In a beautiful location. Definitely worth the visit!

So this is it in a nutshell. The food is great when you can get it. I'm guessing they can't get help? I've been here 4 times in the last six months they seem to shut down whenever they want based on staffing? Maybe? You have to follow them on Facebook to see if they will be open or not so that sucks. Their beer is ok but warmer than most. Not really cold. My advice. You have a really cool bar/restaurant. Your food is good and people like the brewery beer. Make the beer colder and do what you have to to get the kitchen/server help and you'll do good. (Good location right off 81) Waiting over an hour for wings on a Thursday with 10 people in the restaurant is not going to bring people back.

Muddy parking lot, Very long cafeteria type lines for each item of food/drink, Unorganized/confusing, Plastic utensils, $6. cups of beer, No wait staff, Great gal at the register. Owner is very nice, however I don't think he has much experience in restaurant business. The music was good, but extremely loud, you couldn't hear your wife talking next to you. (That was fine. LOL, Very clean restrooms, It's like a picnic indoors, We won't go back. This could be so much better. Just my 2 cents.
