Krystal - Dalton

Went to drive thru for breakfast for Sausage biscuits at 8:45am Did not have sausage ready. Had to wait. Instead off saying they do not have it or offer different. They drop it in the deep fryer, burn the sausage to a crisp. It was so hard. You can not deep fry sausage in a commercial fryer. Also unless it has changed that it not Krystal standards and training. They are cooked in the oven on pan. That is the procedure. Horrible food quality. Also on your receipt, the website for feedback does not work.

There is never enough people working in here so it takes longer to get your food. Dont eat in the dining it is ALWAYS so cold in there you're shivering while you eat and your food gets cold almost instantly.

I ordered wings an they weren't done in the middle it was so cold that I was shivering trying to eat they were writing the orders down on paperKid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all

Their Krystals always taste like they have day there all day or been heated up to many times here

Food is decent but don't order online for a pick up because when u are adding food to your cart it's showing you one price but after you hit checkout it shows you your details and they add a 17 dollar adjustment. Adjust what their pockets cuz all I ordered waz 24 cheese krystals fries and half gal of sweet tea it should have been round 40 bucks but it was almost 58 dollars. I'd like to know what adjustments had to be made and why they cost 17 dollars when I had to drive and pick up my order and why does it cost 10 dollars to add little squares of cheese to 24 little burgers it shouldn't cost more than 5
