Mcdonald's - Dalton

Even though it was only 9 AM, the food seemed a bit stale, and the English muffin was somewhat tough to chew. However, the coffee was good.

The prices are outrageous! It's just a hamburger, fries, and a drink, and they're charging $10?! Since when did McDonald's start competing with Red Robin? Ronald McDonald needs to hire a decorator if they want to keep serving fast food at these prices. Is it just me, or has the service gotten even slower while the prices have skyrocketed? Shouldn't we expect our Big Mac meal to be ready in 30 seconds or less, or at least get it for free if it takes longer? Pretty soon, I’ll need to take out a loan just to treat myself to a meal and wait half a day for it. Shaking my head.

Not crazy about the waiting time. I remember when I was in and out in five minutes. now it takes about 15 to 20 minutes and it is best to check their order because it is always missing items are made wrong.

Normally I get my food from this particular McDonald's and it's hot and fantastic... Last night I sat in the drive thru line for close to 25 minutes, my food was cold. I called last night no adval... Called back 5 more times today no one still didn't answer the phone so I could try to get my order fixed. I guess I'll have to go up there and see if they will fix it...

Ordered a large strawberry shake. Cashier rang it up as a large chocolate shake. When I try to tell her she had my order wrong she got rude.
