The worst part was i was charged an extra $10 and turns someone put a $10 tip that i didn?t authorized. I called the store and theycouldn?t refund it back to my card for whatever reason so i was asked to go to the store to pick up what they owed me and when igot there no one seem to know how to help. poor management.
ALAN WAS SUPER FAST DELIVERING THE PIZZA, PIZZA CAME HOT AND FRESH ... ALAN IS AN EXCELLENT EMPLOYEE !
Horrible service, despite me confirming my order 3 times and being put on hold so the lady can confirm they had what I ordered I gotten the wrong pizza and when I called to tell them they didn't even offer to fix it.
Always great customer service! Food was prepared fresh and for some reason the dough was more amazing than we remember. Like a garlic butter dough with a bit of sweetness? Not sure but delicious!
I ordered the 2 for $5.99 each. I ordered it on line. I didn?t get my pizza and primavera dish because I was told they didn?t receive the order. I thought it?s okay I?ll reorder and wait. I saw your pizza special on the tv commercial. It did not sayorder on line. Domino?s could not help me because I needed to order it on line. I felt upset. Internet doesn?t follow mearound. Now, I call it the $5.99 dirty deal. I didn?t get what I ordered. I felt upset more than normal. I lost my time togo to dominos. It also cost me in gas money to go to dominos. I do like your pizza because you use the low fat cheese and Idon?t need to be bigger. The dirty $5.99 deal upset me and I didn?t get anything. It might be an employee poor training. Maybe the rules changed mid stream. Good by to this nothing pizza.
