Domino's Pizza - Daly City

I've been on hold for 20 minutes, trying to find out if the person who took my order processed it or if they stole my card information! Regardless, I can't cancel the order because I've been on hold for 23 minutes now with no response. This is such terrible service!

I don't feel safe eating here because the person who cooked my food was the same one who used to work as a cashier. They handle dirty money and then go on to prepare your meal, which raises serious health concerns. The health department should address this violation, as it could make people sick. Cooks should definitely wash their hands before entering the kitchen.

I thought all the Dominos are the same, but this one makes better pizzas. It tasted better than other Dominos, the dough was well baked, I enjoyed the pizza. A pleasant surprise!

Manager Marisol does not properly communicate with customers. Placed an online order and the driver kept driving in circles so I could tell he was lost. When I called her and asked to give him directions she kept trying to cancel my order. Driver was alsorude and did not speak when I said hello so I gave him absolutely no tip

I placed a $40 order that never arrived. I waited on hold for an hour to talk to someone about getting a refund, but no one answered. I wouldn't recommend this Domino's location at all.
