Estrada's - Daly City

We are in the way happy with estradas and have been for years. it went for a while when it was sold, but we tried it last year again after it wasn't restaurant impossible and it was better. we went about a month ago and it was good. I have made reservations for my family, and when we are there, we were asked if we made a reservation online and she said it will be about half an hour or more to get her food. the people came in and they did not have the person who took up to work, come to run it with the cook and I believe the wife of the owner (not sure). it took a long time to wait for our drinks and appetizers. we finally got our dinner and the normal sizzling salads were not good and the cheese enchilada tasted as if it had a very tomato sauce tasted. not happy when we got in.

That was an unhappy experience where we drove 20 miles

Reservation for 18:45 clock, Saturday night, arrived early to find front doors padlocked. access through cash, only one customer in cash that leads us into the empty dining room. departure experience from there, as the owner said, the staff had not arrived. of atmosphere, service, food quality,....very poor.

We had reservation at 4:00 pm when we walked to the door there was a closed sign so we walked in and they guy said he didn’t have a waitress but he will serve us and closed and locked the door. The bar section was open.

If you want good service and good food go to this restaurant. The best chicken appetizer ever. Beatriz the waitress has the best attitude for customer service she recommend and kept checking on us. She is funny and insist on romance and get up and dance. She is the most friendly person I ever met in a restaurant. She loves to give hugs. Our first time there and we had made a new friend and left very happy with the service. This is for sure a keeper place to eat at
