When placing mobile order, always check with them. Sometimes the order doesn't come in and the place is so busy that they've missed my order
Sometimes the workers are friendly and sometimes, they're rude. During my most recent experience, the barista forgot to add caramel to my order so I informed her so she could fix it yet she purposely ignored me. : Thankfully, her co-barista heard me and quickly fixed it. It was as simple as putting the drink into another cup with caramel....)I won't let one bad egg ruin my perception of all employees here. patience This location gets very busy and drinks often take around 15-20 minutes to complete. Other than that, it's starbucks...can't really expect too much.
Poor review is solely for today, 2Sep23. I don't believe that a(ny) business is too slammed at 0740 in the morning that a barista couldn't QC their product before placing on the service line. This morning as I pulled up to an empty parking lot and walked into the empty business in excitement of this mobile order, I was shocked to find this was the lid on my order. In quiet protest, I just picked it up, threw it straight into the trash, and walked out. Then immediately placed another mobile order to Philz. Please do better Starbucks.
Probably the most depressing Starbucks I've been to. Definitely no effort made when it comes to ambiance. Maybe its the lighting or everything just looked outdated. There's barely any items for sale such as mugs....or pastries/sandwiches. It seems like there's alot of staff but place is messy and needs some tidying up. I ordered a Frappuccino with extra ice and yep the drink barely had any ice and it's too sweet
