I came to order a list of 12 items. The order taker acted like they could remember them as long as I say it. Guess what, they missed three items. They kept asking if I needed any more of anything, but all I wanted was for them to get my order right. Their poor customer service never change. It's just getting worse. I guess you do get what you pay for. Worse of all, I just saw another non-asian get treated harshly. I don't think I need to say it, do I. This place is R !!!

The food is better at their Irving St. location in San Francisco. This location is convenient if you are in the area. My favorites are the egg rolls, fried wontons and porridge with the Chinese doughnut. On the weekends, expect to wait around 15-20 minutes during meal times as they are popular among the locals.
