Dunkin' - Damariscotta

The staff they do have seems like they try really hard to keep up but they always seem short handed and lobby is closed all the time. This Dunkin? Donuts needs new ownership or management and hire more help before they loose the good help they do have!!!!Otherwise my coffee generally come out good.

Great coffee as usual. Prices weren't bad either. Their coolattas were a big hit with my friend as well. Good variety. They are staffing challenged like most businesses these days. Their hours were limited and only the drive thru open because ofstaffing issues. Glad they still had hazelnut coffee.

I can't say much positive about this location. The wait times are consistently around 30 minutes, orders are frequently incorrect, and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The lobby is often closed, and there never seems to be enough staff. This place definitely needs new management.

The staff is a bit brusque and makes comments about how you order your coffee.

I apologize, but what Dunkin' Donuts closes at 7 PM? I can't provide any other feedback because I wasn't able to place an order at 7 PM since you were closed!
