Blizzards, dilly bars, and dipped cones are life and at this place thier ice cream machine ALWAYS works!

Always good ,but lately chicken strips are much smaller and price went up a dollar, more for less.

I ordered a 4 piece chicken strip basket at a restaurant, but my dipping sauce was forgotten. I went inside to fix this mistake and informed the worker of the oversight. The worker told me that they were closed inside for future reference. I explained that I had only been through the drive-thru and needed it corrected. The worker suggested that they could have fixed it at the drive-thru window, but I had already moved forward to make way for other cars. The worker was condescending and rude, stating "you got your gravy" in a flat tone. I was not familiar with their policy as I do not live in Damascus. Despite the worker's unprofessional behavior, the girl working there was very nice and apologized for the mistake.

This DQ location used to be great, but unfortunately they no longer carry marinara sauce for their cheese curds. It would be better to just discontinue the curds altogether since they are available at any other DQ in the Pacific Northwest. I have now changed my rating to 1 star due to the generic responses and broken links on their website.

Can't believe they won't open their lobby to people with oversized vehicles that that will not fit in and a drive-through And then they want us to stand in the heat Rather than be in an Air conditioned vehicle For their lobby If you have enough peopleto run a drive-through you should be able to have enough people to serve the front counter with no dine in policy
