Impasta Gluten-free - Damascus

This is the best gluten-free cake I have ever had! I also love their scones, especially the banana, blueberry, and chocolate flavors. It's rare to find such delicious gluten-free desserts. The ravioli I tried was excellent as well. I can't wait to try their pasta on my next trip to the USA.

The pasta was excellent. Our entire family was able to enjoy a delicious meal together for the first time in years, as my daughter has celiac disease. It was a special and tasty dinner. We will definitely be returning! Thank you!

This was my first time having freshly made pasta since being diagnosed with celiac disease 12 years ago! My family, who are not gluten-free, couldn't even tell the difference. It was a truly magical experience being able to eat the same meal as my entire family. The owner was also fantastic and very attentive.

I went over my friend’s house and was surprised to be treated by gluten free pasta. It was soooooo good that I had it for three meals in a row lol. The ravioli with pesto sauce (made in-house and the best I’ve ever had) had me licking the plate at the end. Im shocked, amazed, and impressed by how simple yet delicious this was. Impasta is a must try!
