The management is extremely rude, and the place is very dirty. The owner handles food with bare hands, which is quite unsanitary. Additionally, the prices are too high for the small portion sizes.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. After waiting for over an hour for our food, the service was still disappointing. The waitress was extremely rude, and the manager was even more unhelpful. Instead of addressing the issue, she worsened the situation with her aggressive attitude. It was truly awful!

The dining experience was incredibly disappointing. It wasn't just my meal; both of my friends were equally dissatisfied with their dishes. We each ordered different items, yet everything was subpar. The service was excruciatingly slow, and our waitress was unfriendly, bordering on rude. She came across as unprofessional and lacking in basic courtesy. What a frustrating experience! We were all excited to try this place since we live in Damascus, but after two attempts, I have no intention of returning.

The sports bar has a nice atmosphere, but by 4 PM, they were nearly out of steak and didn't have the Impossible Burger available at all. Our server was friendly, but the kitchen didn’t prepare our potato skins for the appetizer, so we ended up skipping that dish. I would love to support Damascus, but overall, it was just an okay experience.

I asked my wife to bring me a Greek salad with gyro meat, as there aren't many choices near Damascus. When I got home, I found a $21 salad, plus $6 for the meat, even though the website lists it at $4. There were just a few pieces of lettuce, a small amount of cheese, and some meat. Honestly, even McDonald's has better salads. This could be the worst salad I've ever seen for over $5.
