Terrible service and the worst food I've ever had. I waited nearly 25 minutes for our salads, only to find out that they had been forgotten and were just sitting in the kitchen. They tasted like they came straight from a bag, and the dressing was even worse—tasted like it came out of a store-bought bottle. I paid $12 for those monstrosities. After that, we were told the pizza was just going into the oven. I had to ask multiple times for water refills. Our server left dirty plates on the table after serving the salad and never bothered to ask if we wanted them cleared. The $18 pizza tasted like something from a box of Chef Boyardee. What a waste of my hard-earned money. I won’t be coming back. For goodness' sake, please check on your customers! If someone asks for bread, offer it for free instead of making them ask again. Be attentive and aware of your customers!

Fantastic food and exceptional customer service! The staff made us feel incredibly welcome, and the atmosphere was lovely. My wife and I had a romantic evening that we thoroughly enjoyed. After our visit, I filled out a customer information card, and a few days later, I received an email offering a complimentary bottle of wine for our next dining experience! We took advantage of that offer. We also discovered that Brio Tuscany Grill has a mobile app that gives a 20% discount on our first order! Thank you!

The best Italian food in the country. Hits the stereotype Italian restaurants, hands down. Fresh flavors and a wonderful variety on the menu. A restaurant you need to experience.
