Club 19 at the Monarch Beach Resort

I have to say, I was really pleasantly surprised by our stay here.

In short: unethical crooks with atrocious customer service.

Horrible service!!! Nice property but terrible attention to detail 1Room was not ready when we checked in after 4pm 2.

Overpriced for mediocre food and service. Good location, ambience OK.

Booked an early dinner, wanted to check this place out for a while. Having read some of the reviews, I was a little reluctant, but we were promptly seated. Ordered drinks, the bar was a little slow, but nothing to complain about. My wife ordered the steak salad, which was good. I ordered the prime burger and sweet potato fries and a salad. Burger was really good, two patties cooked to order, they brought fries instead of the sweets, but they corrected the mistake and the sweet potato fries were tasty. Would have been better hot. The salad was fresh with two big strips of bacon. Overall the food, service and ambiance of the restaurant was between fair and good. Might give them another shot, but wouldn't rush back.
