Subway - Dana Point

I ordered two meatball sandwiches through the buy one get one free app, but I was disappointed. Neither sandwich came with pepperoni or cheese, and they were not made with jalapeño bread as advertised. It seems like it's better to place orders in person and watch them prepare the food instead of using the app.

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant on Friday at 12:03 PM. The staff member, a rather hefty man, was quite rude. When I asked for a refill on my fresh water, he initially said it would take a while because he had to attend to other customers first. I offered to wait, but he then came up with another excuse, claiming he needed to prep and wasn’t going to refill it at all. It felt like he was just being lazy. I've visited other Subway locations where the employees happily refill drinks when requested. I even suggested waiting for the next staff member who was supposed to arrive in 10 minutes, but he still refused and even implied that the other person wouldn't help either. Overall, it was an unsatisfactory experience.

During my visit to this Subway location, there was only one positive aspect, but unfortunately, the rest of the experience left much to be desired. There were two female staff members present—one of them went into the back room and seemed to be doing nothing, while the other barely acknowledged me. She didn't smile or make me feel welcome and appeared to be in a bad mood. If she isn't happy with her job, she should consider finding a new one! To top it all off, the place wasn't even busy, which makes it even more disappointing.

This location is always on spot. The employees are fast and make the menu selection to your liking. They have new yummy drink selection. One of my favorites is with watermelon, truly addicting.

This location is consistently excellent. The staff are quick and attentive, tailoring the menu to your preferences. They also have a fantastic selection of new and delicious drinks. One of my favorites is the watermelon drink—it's truly addictive!
