Chipotle Mexican Grill - Danbury

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was very slow, and the food was old and dry. I ordered queso blanco, but when I received it, it was black. I brought this to the attention of the staff, and they mentioned that everything they serve is not fresh at all. Even the chips were stale.

The portions were generous, the food was delicious, and the staff who assisted my mother and me provided outstanding customer service. The decor was lovely as well. I would highly recommend this place – a solid 10/10!

My experience at Chipotle was disappointing. The staff were unhelpful and slow, and the restaurant itself was not clean.

The guy who works there was super mean. he looked with me and he looked upset because he had just ordered. before I got into the box. that was a better experience. I hope the guy loses his key and his job. he also badly wrapped me in the burrito.

We've always enjoyed the food here. However, the service ses to have fallen off. Not sure why. Lack of good help? To few workers? Store could be cleaner too.
