Good food; good value. Coffee was very good. Service could have been friendlier, but still very good. We will be back!

I love Duchess! I try to stop at one whenever i pass through Connecticut. Great burgers, they make them on an actual flat top.

The service was good and people very polite and helpful, but the food was not very good.

Girl that took our order didn't know what she was doing. I asked for an ice tea and she gave me a small cup for hot tea. Also we had to keep repeating our order because she kept ringing it up wrong. My cheese steak wrap wasn't worth the price. It was small and bland. I probably won't go back.
