This is a solid steakhouse with good service and its own style- which is refreshingly different from Texas RH or Outback.

I was in this longhorn location on Monday, March 11 and was unfortunately disappointed by the food. I ordered the outlaw ribeye and asked for it to be prepared black and blue. The server informed me that the chef was going to do his best to accommodate my request. I have been to this location before and have had a perfectly cooked black and blue steak. When my steak was brought out, it was medium well. I made my server aware who told me, “The chef told you he was going to try, and the establishment didn’t have the proper equipment to prepare a steak black and blue.” According to the company’s vision statement of, “At LongHorn, we stand for integrity. We don't take shortcuts. The steak you order is cut by hand in our kitchen and grilled to your exact specifications.” Do better Longhorn.
