Hands down best Chinese place in the danbury area. I found it little late but won't be changing for a while. Great and tasty food and portion size is also great. Always on point and never disappoints. So far so good. Keep up the great work. Also very convenient location being so close to highway with easy on and off quick trip even from neighboring towns.

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in Danbury. The only thing that would make it better is if they delivered. Great menu selection using quality ingredients. My favorite items are their hot and sour soup and boneless spare ribs.

Been coming here since 2015! After trying other Chinese takeout places nearby, we have always come back to Moon Star as the most consistent, great tasting, least oily, well-priced, and all-around best of Danbury! Our Favorites: Boneless Ribs Fried Chicken Wings House Special Fried Rice (Chicken, Pork, Shrimp combo) Hot Sour Soup Chicken with Eggplant General Tso’s Chicken Beef Broccoli Chicken or Veggie Lo Mein There’s like 200 things on the menu, and we still have a lot more to try! By the way if you’re wondering what a Pu Pu platter is, it’s worth a Google. Basically a collection of assorted appetizers.

I call this marvelous place often since I like the special atmosphere that is outline this restaurant. The personel is extremely helpful and well trained. The service is pretty efficient. Not to mention, the food they cook is first-rate. I frequent often and I was always delighted. The price is decent. I recommend this place to to everybody.

I decided to try this Chinese restaurant due to its decent online ratings, usually around three stars or higher. That evening, I was set on ordering sesame chicken. The staff informed me it would take about ten minutes to prepare. After spending some time browsing, I came back only to find that my food still wasn’t ready. I ended up waiting another ten minutes before my order finally arrived. While I tried to be patient at first, my disappointment grew when I opened the bag and looked at the food. The quality was not what I had hoped for—it was bland and had a mushy texture, as though it had been left out for a while. After that experience, I promised myself I would never return to this restaurant.
